I brought two new Ultra My Passport. After installing the software I get this notice of updating is available for WD Drive Utilities, and WD Security. Neither one of them are downloading any updates as it just stall hangs while busy. I’m using Windows 7 Pro X64. Any idea what gives? Thanks!
