Unable to connect to Cloud via App or Web

I have been trying all day to connect o my Cloud drive via the App and also through wd2go.com.

The App is REALLY slow and  the DNS for web access will not resolve.  This has been tried from two locations 300 miles apart in the UK on 2 different ISP providers.  Please can you advise if wd2go.com has issues currently as we cannot map the cloud drives to our laptops.

Currently investigating???  Don’t make me laugh!

The service is **bleep**, you don’t have any timeline for resolution and your UK team is offering a full refund if I return this piece of **bleep**!

I basically have a very expensive “brick” connected to my router.

As a well-known company in this field I truly believed you would be taking this matter more seriously … clearly not!!!   This “brick” is going back for a refund so I can buy a far better piece of equipment than you can provide.

Quick course is something else and with much glory WD has not covered itself, more than a week is already fierce.
Super, the cloud does so (once) again on the Internet - but the condition we had ever!
Let’s see how long it holds up this time.

I can confirm the problem is solved here for me in Stuttgart, Germany, iOS device, T-Mobile
