Have you checked the User Manual for the My Cloud Home?

Yes, I have checked this manual already. Device was working fine, but since some time ago, I could not longer access to it. I am no able even to get log file to be sent to WD. Thanks for any help!!!

Check power, network connection, and router.
Restart device and router; check WD server status.

If it’s not detected or the file system looks corrupted, you’d need to use data recovery software or a recovery service. Just note that some WD NAS drives use RAID or encryption, in which case direct access may require additional steps or professional help

I already checked power, connection, restarted device and router. Still offline. What kind of recovery software I can use? I´m from Argentina and I would like to avoid sending device to USA for service recovery. Thanks!
