Twonky folder view sorting by date

Hi,

When I stream from My Cloud to a Panasonic ST50 TV using Twonky, whenever I browse videos by folder view the videos automatically sort by date. Is there any way to force Twonky to sort by alphabet instead of date? Trying to find videos based on date is impossible. There is no sort option on the TV.

Welcome to the Community.

Sorting options are controlled by the client by accessing the media’s metadata. If your TV’s client does not allow for other sorting methods, then Twonky will not either.

Would it be possible to achieve this by modifying the view-definitions.xml file? Or is this file irrelevant to sorting?
