Two of my three WD My Passport 4TB are now Not being recognized , ive even tried using Recoverit’s Recovery software and was able to see the files but the files still dont work after recovering them back. im frustrated because they are not damaged nor took a fall or any other such thing that ive read in other post here. all three 4tb passports were on the same macbook pro and worked fine when i slept and woke to two of the three not recgonized at all and after a week of trying ive got 3 video files off a total of 8TB and will have to pay back my clients, thats over 500.00 im loosing and these hard drives are not even 4 months old. anyone have any suggestions on what i can do to get these 861 video files and 342 audio files and 2854 photo files back and in working order again? and those numbers are only one of the 4TB passports … the other one is being seen as a ■■■■ image not even a drive and i cant see anything on it at all. so disappointed once again in WD drives.
