Trouble connecting to NAS

Hi, i am currently having trouble connecting to my WD Sharespace (4TB) I can ping the drive, and it shows up in my network. However, if i click on it, it will just say path error, with additional info, it shows up as follow, 

Issues found
The remote device or resource won't accept the connection
The device or resource (WDSHARESPACE) is not set up to accept connections on port "The File and printer sharing (SMB)".

I tried to access it through a webbrowser, but the progressbar is like stuck on 2-10%.(the number changes, but never pass 10%, no matter how long i wait.

Please help.

Hello freind that sounds pretty interesting is it possible that you post a screen shot for us to see the exact error message. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
