I have never gotten this to work right.

I suspect it is a “master browser” problem.

I have long given up, and just access the drives using direct addressing in the file explorer address bar.

I tried rebooting the router, but it didn’t help. I can see my MyCloud EX2 under Network on only one LAN system at a time. It only appears on another LAN system after shutting down the first system.
