I have a Passport with data saved from a Windows machine. I now own a MacBook. Can i restore the data from the Passport to my Mac?

Yes, you can restore your data saved from Windows’ machine to MacBook. But NTFS formatted My Passport will be seen in Read-Only mode while connecting on Mac.
I would recommend you to copy data from My Passport to your MacBook internal storage in order to access them by Mac supported system applications.
However, My Passport is required to reformat if want to use it further on Mac.
