I have the EX2 Ultra. Worked fine no issues. Sharing with family in other areas. Last April the sharing went from speeds of 4MB/s to 54kbs. So would start of fast, then quickly drop to a crawl. I couldn’t figure out what the issue was as my Qnap nas didn’t have the same issue but I don’t want to share that through a cloud. So in the end I factory reset and set everything up again and it was fine. Now I had a power outage a week or so ago, but don’t know if that has anything to do with it, but it is happening again. Almost 10 months later. Transferring files to it over the LAN is still the same speed, just cloud access. Starts at the regular 4MB/s then crawls very quickly down to kb/s . Any suggestions other than factory resetting? Thanks
