Time Machine with My Cloud Home

Hi,
I’m trying to set up My Cloud Home for Time Machine. Everything seems to work properly (Time Machine recognise My Cloud server) until I try to enter my name and password. I try to connect as Registered User, but Time Machine don’t accept it. I’m using macOS Big Sur.
