Thunderbolt 3 RAID not mounting after reboot - Mac Monterey

Braintrust - I have a thunderbolt 3 G-Tech RAID that will not mount after a reboot in MacOS Monterey. Simply disconnecting/reconnecting the thunderbolt cable from the back of my Mac Pro does the trick - the G-Tech RAID will mount. I also have a G-Tech USB-C 10TB external drive and older G-Tech Thunderbolt 2 RAID connected and neither of these units exhibit the same problem after a reboot (they mount without issue).

Any thoughts?

I have opened a support ticket as the unit under warranty.

Thanks.

To this day, I have been unable to resolve this issue. WD support was of no help. After every reboot, I have to unplug the TB3 cable and plug back into the Mac Pro and it then appears/mounts. No such issue with TB2 G-Tech RAID. Beyond frustrating.
