G-RAID TB3 Randomly Unmounts

I have a 16TB RAID Thunderbolt 3 drive connected to a 2019 MacBook Pro running Mojave.
The drive is 4 years old and I’ve had one of of the internal drives fail twice in that time.
Great record, eh?

I’ve had a recurring problem in that it automatically unmounts when the computer goes to sleep and has been randomly ejecting even while in use. It hasn’t done it for quite a while, but started doing it again a few days ago.

I’ve swapped ports and cables and whatnot, with little success.
Maybe get a new cable?

It takes several tries to get the thing to mount again. It’s frustrating and very concerning.

Does anyone know if there’s a fix? A firmware update? Anything?

Thanks.

Did you get any solution?

I upgraded to Monterey and it’s settled down almost completely.

It’s MUCH better than before.
I haven’t kept track, but now it only randomly unmounts maybe once a month. And it usually remounts with one try, not 5 or 6 or ten.
