I have my WDTV live connected to a My Cloud.
In Media Library I ‘get content info’. It finds the data and I ok everything, but the thumbnails don’t show. This feature used to work fine and previously downloaded info/thumbnails work fine.
Why has it stopped working?
It seems to be a couple of paricular folders it doesn’t like. Although the folder is added to my media library, if I move the movies to other folders and ‘get content info’, then the thumbnails show.
WD software is flaky…
