Thumbnail/information on series/movies

Hi,i asked for the user manual for wd tv streaming media and i did get it ,thanks to JoeySmyth,to see if i can solve the missing thumbnail and data(on some movies/shows only)i cant.I dont have to much computer knowledge, easy to make for others,hard for me. why it shows thumbnail and information on some,and not on others, how can i do it manually if there is a way,can someone tell me how to do it.thanks in advance for the help i can get.

if the user manual does not help, i highly recommend using this forum’s “search” feature
