Running udevadm info -q all -n /dev/sdb
from the SSH command line turns up the following when the Toshiba Canvio 1T drive that doesn’t get mounted is attached.

I’ve sent off several log files to WD Support but as yet they haven’t gotten back other than to say they’re looking at it.
