The shares are no longer visible

Hope this mail finds you well.

i have an issue in my WD EX4, can you please provide a reason why the shares that contains the data are no longer visible on the dashboard or via windows explorer and finder.

This is the second time it happened.

Have you performed a device reboot? Are shares gone in all local computers?
