Shares not showing on my WDEX2

Hi All,

All of a sudden, my shares are not showing up on my WD EX2. I know all my data is in the hard drive since the hard drive is showing the data (see attached pic 1), but my shares are not showing up (pic 2). I can only see two shares - one that shows as ‘Anti Virus Essentials’ and another one ‘Temp’. The ‘Temp’ is something I created just before this post to see if I can figure out the issue.

I have tried rebooting the device without success. I have also reset the device without success. This is so frustrating since all of my pics, videos and files are backed on this device. Any help is appreciated.
