i set up WD discovery and logged in and connected and everything is ok , but i also have WD my passport ultra connected to the same laptop , when i hit right click on any folder inside my passport the option “sync to my cloud” is not in the list ! but it appears if i tried with any folder in local disc drive
i also noticed the option “sync to mycloud” is not appearing when i try to use it in the partition C: which have the system and downloads folder and things i’d like to sync and back up
i am using dell laptop i7 with 8gb ram
windows 7 ultimate 64bit build 7601
wd discovery v2.2.408
mycloud v1.3.4.57
You cannot sync folder on removable drives.
you also cannot sync the entire c drive. There are specific paths for folders that are supported. See the knowledge base article below.

All Files and folders inside of non Operating System or 2nd Hard Drives such as D:, E:\ etc…

why not ? syncing wd my passport and backing it up is very important , will be any future updates for this issue ?
