I don’t know if someone can help me, but I can’t sync folders/files from my mac to My Cloud Home as I never get the option by clicking right on the folder / file.
Did anyone had this issue?

have you installed WD discovery on the mac?
if so where are the files located? only specific paths are supported for desktop sync. See the article below.
What it describes in the article is perfectly fit the situation on Windows PC, but for my Mac I do not see the option to sync to my cloud after I right click over a folder.
BTW, the desktop version of my cloud home I got is WD discovery, which WD Drive Utilities app within it does not have anything, just a blank page after the installed and clicked open.
