The battery does not charge anymore after 2 weeks

Hello, i bought a WD Mypassport Wireless Pro 2to 2 weeks ago, it’s worked great but
yesterday i tried to charge the battery and it stuck at 2%
i charge all night and it says 2%
then i can do anything
do you have any idea about this problem?
do you know how to fix it ?
