The app My Cloud crashes when it starts syncronizing on my wife’s phone (android), roughly after 8 seconds.
I have tried do uninstall and re-install the app but I get the same result.
Any suggestion of what I could try?

I have cleaned all caches and now it seems to work. Let’s see if it will go thru’ the complete backup or it will stop halfway like last time.
