Whenever I try to select MyCloudEx2 as my Sync device the software crashes

Hi everyone,

I’m having a hard time trying to set the MyCloudExUltra2 as my sync device.
The software WD Sync shows with device I want to set as my sync device and whenever I select the WDCloudExUltra2 the software crashes.
I’ve uninstalled the software and install it again, didn’t work!
I’ve tried rebooting the device, did’t work either.
Can anybody help me with this issue?
