"System only" reset the My Cloud (gen 1) and somehow cannot "create/edit" any of the share folders

I have reset the my cloud NAS (gen 1) and somehow I can access and see my originally saved and set up share folders/private folders, but for some reason I can’t create or edit content there, despite already setting full access in the Dash board to those folders, even public folder

When I try to do that it says

I tried doing the same by adding a sub folder in the public using the WD Mycloud online access and same thing occured

Anyone may know a solution to this?
