There is a system image backup software over the Internet?
I know the software “WD smartware” but it backs up only files history, rather than a system image

Creating a system image is dependent on the computer’s OS. For instance Windows 7 Home Premium is incapable of creating a system image DIRECTLY to My Cloud.
If you can explain how to do it?

I can only answer from a Windows 7 Home Premium perspective (note this will NOT create the system image on your My Cloud you need a more advanced Windows 7 version for that).
- Go to start menu
- type backup and choose “back up your computer”
- upper left hand corner choose “create a system image” then you will be able to select another drive
- you can then manually copy or move the image file to My Cloud
I have a windows version of “Home premium”
But I use an external program that can back up to a network location
My question is how I back online location, not on the home network?

OK - I’m going to be pretty general with this answer … If the ‘external program’ can create a windows image you should be able to select My Cloud as a destination. I’d choose a dedicated location on MC .
Perhaps you can provide some supporting details so others here that may be more familar with your situation can better provide guidance.
