I also have big problem with super slow transfer rate - only a few kbs. Got WD My Cloud 4T a few days ago. I’m trying to back up wireleslly on my network my IMac with 2T HD. On Beginning things been good, but after a few hours when ~ 400GB was already was backup by Time Machine, all transfer stoped. Since that I’m getting transfer speed only a few (really 2 kbs to 50 kbs max). I tried to reboot, reset and evry aother thinks I know about computers. Nothing is working. My WD MyClud drive is now useless for me. Do not know what to do. Please help.

my network has 25 MBs speed.
Every other computers and my ITV is working fine.
Any help will be very appriciated.
