Another thread about a slow MyCloud

I have my 3rd separate MyCloud (after 2 RMA’s), have upgraded the firmware, have done a full restore, have a brand new Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 that is capable of gigabit transfers, and am still with either frustratingly slow transfers (5Mb/sec) AND crashing/stopping processes, both on a mac and a PC.

A - Why hasn’t WD fixed their **bleep**?

B - Any suggestions?

There is almost too much nonspecific help here and I’m hoping someone can improve things.  Thanks!
