Success mapping network to file explorer, but coworker is having troubles

I’ve finally figured out how to map the drive to the network and have access to it in my file browser, however, when I went to a coworker’s computer and tried to set him up, he was having some issues and unsuccessful. I’m going through the This PC menu and manually typing in our server’s IP address (again, this is how i did it for my computer and it worked), but when I do the EXACT SAME THING on his computer, the search doesn’t show the server on his end. Any ideas on why this may be?

Note: we already checked to see if his network and sharing settings were turned on and they are.

Server: My Cloud (base model) 4TB

I’m not sure why, but when I hit the drop down menu under network, our server doesn’t show up on anyone’s computers.
