Subtitles wont play in LGtv

Hi there,

I am curious of 1 thing. I have 2 media server connected to my router. 1 is MBL 6TB and the other is an external HDD connected to the router with asus media server application installed.

I have 2 indentical video files with srt files on both server. The one on external HDD was able to play the subtitles but not on the MBL.

I would love to have the MBL to play the srt as the external HDD is for other purposes.

Please help.

 Are you using external subtitles or they are within the file?

They are external subtitles.
