I have my book live 3 TB network drive using 02.42.03 – 027 firmware and wd media server. I’m using samsung d6500 tv as dlna renderer. When I open any of movies using samsung tv subtitles are not shown. I’m using subtitles in SRT format. Any ideas how to fix this.

External subtitles are regularly not supported on a media server.
