Stuck at 90% complete drive test

MYbook, downloaded WD Utilities- first two tests passed… the complete test is stuck for over 15 hours at 90%…closed it and started over and the same thing has happened twice.

This is a new 3TB model of Mybook- appears to be backing up fine, but cannot get the drive to pass the complete test…should I be concerned? How can I make it complete the test?
