Still using version 1.3.49_V! - Why not fixing a more than a year old bug!

WD, I very disappointend in the support you are delivering.

It’s crappy hardware (resetting the device multiple times a day with a power cycle) and I can’t update, because you applied a ‘new feature’ since version 1.04.10, not playing music randomly.

It’s more than a year ago and still, not even to my surprise, it isn’t fixed.

How hard can it be to fix this??

I don’t have words to say how disappointing :angry:

I’ve already stopped listening music with the wd. I’ve bought a usb sound card with an optical output and I’m using my router with the mpd installed to listen to music. It doesn’t make sense to wait for the wd to fix your problem. You already bought the device and fixing your problem would not bring any additional income for the wd. So they are fixed on adding ridiculously useless internet features or additional languages to compete with other brands. Just business.
