Some files not backed up - Access to cloud files denied

Hello, I am trying to backup my PC files to a 1 TB Passport Ultra external drive and many files are not getting backed up. I am getting the message “Access to the cloud file is denied” for each of these failed backup files.
Can someone explain to me how I can backup these files?

I’m now having the same issue (after using the software for years) and the link given does not answer the actual question. The link shows how to backup files, which makes no sense because the backup is already setup, which is why the error message is appearing in the first place.
