I setup a backup schedule for my Passport Ultra drive for my Windows 10 PC and it appears to run the backup but I receive a “These files failed to backup” message with many files listed. Screenshot looks like this.

Uninstall WD Backup first in Settings > Apps > Apps & Features. Restart PC, reinstall App from a fresh download
