U-000000.db files failed to back up

Using a My Passport Ultra 4TB and Windows 11, I am getting an error in my last backup “these files failed to back up u-000000.db”. How do I remedy this?

This link is not that helpful. I have been using WD Backup for quite a long time and it works great and always was working great until very recently when I get this u-000007.db file showing up as not being backed up. This is a new thing. Can you please do a bit more research than referring us to a generic FAQ article please? Thanks.
