Solid white light non stop cant connect to dashboard cant reset

I have a WD My cloud 3tb

From the moment i plug in the power the LED light is a solid white, i cannot access my dashboard through the program nor chrome… I tried to reset the device by holding the botton in the back and nothing…It’s not on my network either  i’ve been researching all day and all that i have learned is dont buy a WD My cloud too many issues… can this be fixed? Is there a point in even requesting a new one… reading all of these issues online seems like all of them **bleep**.

It sounds like your box is DOA.   I would exchange it from your supplier.

If you haven’t already tried this then unplug it and give it a long cool down period then plug it back in and see what happens.
