I just opened up a support case and hope the community can help out. I have 48 gig of data which is not being backed up - the file extenstions are .wv, .flac, .mp3, .zip. The files are just sitting there with the message file pending backup. This is inconsistent since Smartware has already backed up 100s of these file types.
