In smartware under backup, on the right side of the panel where it says files not backed up there are 3 files that say “file pending backup.” But I don’t have those files anymore since I deleted them. I can’t seem to remove them from smartware.
There is also another .rar file that says “file pending backup” that is on the c:\ drive but I can’t seem to get it to backup even when I click retry now.
If Smartware can’t back up a file (either due to size or it being busy/open in another application and so locked out), then it adds them to the pending back-up list and carries on with the others. It them comes back to the list later (before you ask, I have no idea how long that may be) and tries again.
So my personal advice would be to just wait a day or two and you should find that both will resolve themselves. When it goes back it and tries again it should see that the 3 files are no longer there, and if it is able to it will also back up the rar file.
The Rar file was successfully backed up so it is no longer in the list but the other three files have been in the list for a week or more and they are not removable.
