Smartware and No Writable Partition Found (My Cloud EX4100)


I’ve just connected the cloud server and started moving some files over to it via a mapped network drive. However, I’d like to have my remote users establish an automatic backup using Smartware. When I attempted to set it up for myself, the MyCloud displays the message “No Writable Partition Found”. The health shows fine and I can access it just about every other way but Smartware.

Try to check if nothing is blocking your connection over the network i.e: Firewall or Anti virus. Hope this helps
