Smartware No writable partition

I’m running latest firmawaqre version and smartware and I got this message "NO WRITABLE PARTITION, so i’m not able to backup anything please help.

Hello,

Make sure the drive is seen on the computer. If you still having the same issue then uninstall and reinstall WD Smartware.
