No Writable Partition Found in WD SmartWare but iOS app working

Hi there. I’ve upgraded my EX 2 ultra to the version 5 and Smartware stop working. Now it says no writable partition found. In admin settings everything looks good, iOS app working, all drives are available. Whats should I do. I can’t reset WD because of existing backups.
