Hello. I have the An samsung Q7F smart tv. And an WD my cloud Nas thats is connected to my wi-fi. The picture works fine when i watch Movie from it. But i have no sound on any movie. All novors are mkv format.
Can you help me?

@Beastinside Have you read your TV’s User Manual? Are you playing sound through speakers on your TV, a sound bar or do you have a surround sound system? Be sure to check your settings on your TV. Are your external speakers connected by Bluetooth, wifi, or are they wired?
I use my soundbar connected to the tv with bluetooth. Is there any special feature in the settings that i should turn on?

@Beastinside Not with your TV, mine is a Sony, wired to my Surround sound by a digital cable to the receiver.
All I can suggest is check your Manual for connecting a Bluetooth device.
