I have a My Book Duo. I installed WD Drive Utilities in the hope of viewing the SMART data on my drives, but it only says pass or fail. How do I view the SMART data?
The application does not show SMART parameters at the time of this post. A deeper analysis would require testing the individual hard drives separately from the enclosure, which could degrade the RAID level based on the unit’s configuration.
