I download Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for Windows, it indicatated SMART Status on the externa drive. is there an application I can download which will allow me to access the data, so I can save it to CD-Rom
What can I do to get the data.
Is there any way I can map the drive, so it can be seen in Windows
