I’ve had a live hub for a few years and have recently bought a WDTV Play. It seems like I should be able to stream content from the Live Hub to the play, but I can’t seem to make it work. I have several types of video files(avi, mkv, mp4, etc) saved both to the internal hard drive and an external attached directly to the hub. When I try to access the hub from my play it shows up as a TwonkyMedia server, but says no contents shared! Even accessing TwonkyMedia through the web interface shows no shared media.
I have checked my settings on my hub and it seems like I have all of the sharing settings, )Windows share, DLNA server and iTunes server all enabled.) Do I need to have my media library enabled? Is there some setting I am missing that allows sharing of my files?
