Setup freezes on WD My Cloud EX4100 homepage

I installed a WD My Cloud EX4100. When following the setup guide, the set up freezes at the WD My Cloud EX4100 homepage and will not connect to the dashboard to finish setup. The picture shows both my screens. This is where the app freezes and will not continue to Dashboard. Any suggestions?
