Setting Folders as Private Shares

What I want to do is create a folder for a particular user who can log in and see only that folder and no others, The user would be able to drop or remove files only from that folder and only be able to see that folder–so I want to lock the user to only one folder.   I haven’t  found any way to do this since it appears that all priivate or shared folders appear under the Publid folder.  

Much thanks for any advise how to set this up.

What you want to do can’t be done, as you have seen, all public and private folders are inside the root folder.

Thanks for the reply–not what I had hopped to hear but what I had suspected was a limitation but was hoping someone had figured a workaround.

What I did was to have NO public shares at all, and simply denied access to all except the ones I wanted them access to.  I know they could still see the shares/folders but its best you can do with this device.
