Can't access public shares from WD2go

Okay, was trying to create a private share, and some how made the public share private.  I’ve went to the UI, and it says "

User access cannot be defined for the default Public Share.

How do I change the public default folder back to public instead of private?

How are you determining that they are, in fact, set to Private now?

Because it won’t let none of the devices that were previously allowed, to see anything in the public share.  Also, I put the arror message that I am getting in my previous post.  I go to change it, and it won’t let me select all, it’s stuck on private, and all radio buttons for users are dimed.
