Does this mean you can delete all these files safely–as long as it does not include the back-up file itself???..I am very new with computers and this is my first Passport Ultra…Doesn’t the Passport Ultra SAVE ALL YOUR FILES when it backs up automatically???..Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Yes, you can do that as long as the files are on both sides, the computer and the backup that you did.
It depends on the settings that you selected when you did the backup. However, it will not backup your operating system files, only the data such as document, music, videos.
