Hi, When I add new photos or files to my computer my Passport Ultra doesn’t seem to back up the files. It carries out the backup process but doesn’t add anything new?
Any ideas?

What backup software are you using, does the software show any progress if you open it?

I use the WD software that came with the device. I have programmed it to back up every hour. The back-up will run and show progress and completes but the new files don’t appear to get added. It just seems to back up the previously existing files.
