My Passport Ultra not backing up new files

My Passport Ultra is not backing up new files. It says ‘Back up started’ then about 20 minutes later says ‘Backup successful’ but no new files have been backed up.
I have Windows 7.

Also, the latest backed up files would be transferred to the “Volume” folder.

Thanks for the link but it doesn’t solve my problem. I can access the files backed up and I can manually copy and paste to the WD drive but the scheduling is not working, nor is the Back Up Now function. I have reinstalled the Back Up softwware but that hasn’t made any difference.
